We’ve taken a significant step forward in our second meeting, diving deeper into how we can make work-based learning (WBL) more accessible and enriching for lower-skilled learners. Here’s a look at the highlights!

Strengthening the Training Curriculum: La Bien Paga and IFRTS led an inspiring revision of the final curriculum, focusing on key skills needed for work readiness. Partners from across the continent showcased their learning unit plans, highlighting the strength of our collaborative network. Looking ahead, we planned our upcoming activities with a strong emphasis on adaptability and continuous improvement.

Digitisation in Learning : Disruptia and INQS shared exciting advances in e-learning campuses and instructional web applications. We discussed strategic methodologies and technical functionalities, laying the groundwork for more inclusive educational tools.

Skills Validation Pilot and Policies: GOI reminded us of the crucial importance of validating and certifying skills, which is key to success in the job market. We established a comprehensive work program and methodologies to tackle the challenge of early school leaving.

Dissemination and Exploitation: We reviewed our dissemination strategies and planned future activities to maximize the impact of BCOMP, ensuring our efforts reach as far as possible.

Quality Plan and Evaluation Strategy: Our evaluations showed results that matter, and we’re always seeking ways to improve and adapt to the learners’ needs.

Project Management: We summarized key decisions and updated our task list to continue moving forward with clarity and purpose.
