La Bien Pagá Espacio Escénico (LBP) is an association that supports the socio-educational integration and cultural inclusion of people with fewer opportunities and vulnerable groups through culture and the arts. The association supports disadvantaged groups including: school children and students with learning disabilities, low-skilled youth and adults, migrant and refugee families, ethnic minorities and offenders. LBP operates a cultural and educational centre created with the objectives of promoting culture and the arts and empowering underprivileged groups to develop their educational integration, physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills and to experience achievement, leadership, enjoyment, friendship, recognition and integration into society.
We are a team of professionals with over 50 years of collective experiences in the fields of Education, System Rationalization, Information & Communications Technologies, Entrepreneurship, Social Innovation, Global Health Process – Life Sciences, Business Forensic Intervention, Youth Development & Motivation, and Resource Realignment with Goals and Objectives. Members of our Founding Team worked in three continents and collaborated with organizations and individuals from various countries. They also worked in the Equity Capital and Venture Capital fields through which they made significant contributions in the development of a number of businesses in various fields. They bring all these experiences to the support the identification of systemic problems and to the development and implementation of smart and sustainable solutions to difficult social problems.
Governorship of İstanbul has had great experience in national and international projects especially in EU Projects (KA1,KA2, KA3 and Sport). “EU and Foreign Relations Office” is the department responsible for coordinating and conducting projects in each level. As a principle, priority is given to projects addressing at the disadvantaged groups such as theunemployed (young) or people with migrant background or physical/mental disabilities. GOI has cooperation protocols with universities and NGOs in Istanbul. Being the highest administrative body in the province, GOI has a huge impact over institutions in Istanbul, and it can easily include experts and professors or researchers in the different fields when needed.
